Clinical Focus

  • Small animal orthopedic surgery including tibial plateau leveling osteotomies, patella luxation correction, fracture repair, angular limb deformities, tendon repair, arthroscopy, a number of osteotomies for fragmented coronoid disease, total hip replacements and other surgical procedures
  • Physical rehabilitation and sports medicine
  • Primary faculty member of the Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner program at the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Tennessee.

Research Focus

  • Regenerative medicine, such as platelet rich plasma and stem cells for treatment of various orthopedic conditions
  • Physical modalities for osteoarthritis, gait evaluation, and biomechanical testing of implants.
